CoversBee does not store or access any card or digital wallet details.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience. However:

  • If a COD order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the customer will be required to pay the delivery charge plus NPR 50.

  • The additional NPR 50 represents the delivery cost initially covered by CoversBee at the time of order placement.

This policy helps us manage logistics costs and reduce order misuse.

5. Data Sharing & Protection

  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

  • Customer data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel for order fulfillment and support purposes.
