• We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Order Processing & Cancellations

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

• You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly.

Delivery

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days

• Outside Valley (e.g. Pokhara, Dang): 2–5 business days

• Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by public holidays, strikes, or events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not take returns for a product unless it is damaged.

• If returned the expenses will not be paid by Coversbee Nepal.
